Step into the Chocolaterie Colibri café in Williams Bay — the tasting room of our French chocolate atelier on Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Handcrafted chocolates, house-made gelato, French pastries, and thoughtfully prepared coffee, made to be enjoyed slowly.
While our chocolates travel across the country, some creations are made especially for our café in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva. Walk in and discover rotating gelato flavours, seasonal coffee and matcha drinks, painted chocolate treats and cupcakes.
Gelato & Sorbet
From Madagascar vanilla bean to matcha and roasted Oregon hazelnut praline, our gelato is made in small batches in the atelier. Dairy-free sorbets also available.
Coffee & Chocolate Drinks
Espresso drinks built to pair with chocolate, plus a French-style hot chocolate made from our own couverture.
