After years of refining her craft in France, Tess brought her passion for fine chocolate to Williams Bay, Wisconsin. Every piece at Chocolaterie Colibri begins the way it would in a boutique French atelier: chocolate tempered by hand, shells painted with cocoa butter, fillings made from roasted nuts, fresh cream, and seasonal fruit.
