A fun, hands-on introduction to the world of chocolate. Young chocolatiers will pour, decorate and personalise their own chocolate creations using colourful toppings, playful moulds and premium chocolate.
What you’ll learn
Machine-tempered chocolate, cocoa butter colours, and a heart mould. You’ll paint before you pour, building color and texture into the piece before it’s even chocolate yet.
